Welcome to Honeybee Preschool

Honeybee Preschool is a part-time high quality educational program based based on developmental research for potty trained 3-5 year olds. Children learn best through self- directed play. Our teachers provide enriching environments for children to explore. Using observations about the children’s play, we co-create curriculum to align with their interests and social-emotional needs. Through the lens of topics that interest them, we will cover the academic topics appropriate for this age. This approach develops life-long learners.

Our biggest emphasis is on social-emotional learning. What is more important than going in to kindergarten already knowing the material, is knowing what to do when you don’t understand something. We build children’s confidence, problem solving, and empathy to help them be successful in the classroom and in their community.
